If you had no idea that H&M sells a bevy of stylish homewares, you’re not alone. The Swedish fashion giant is better known for its on-trend accessories, shoes, and clothing, most of which tend to boast bright colors and bold patterns. That’s why we were surprised to find that the massive collection of home decor is quite minimal in its quietly luxurious aesthetic.
Think a set of classic guest towels in soft cotton terry, a globe-shaped glass bud vase, and an antique-inspired table mirror. To our surprise, the home accessories offer a sharp departure from the eye-catching clothing in H&M’s storefronts. The one thing the two sides of H&M have in common is the price. Everything is highly affordable!
In fact, we rounded up our favorite H&M home decor pieces all for under $20. And our picks are all things you’d actually use including elegant tapered candlesticks, plush throw pillows, and tinted glassware. You may not be able to buy big-ticket furniture from H&M, but you can snag pretty much everything else you’d need to outfit your place.
So if you recently moved into a new space and want to infuse it with some sophisticated pieces or if you’re ready to part ways with decor you’ve had for way too long, H&M has got you covered. Trust us, you’re going to score some excellent buys at impressive prices.
Mugs are like candles in that you can never have too many. We love these super minimalistic ones, which come in a variety of clean, semi-matte shades. Plus, it's less than $4, so why not?

H&M 2-pack Tapered Candles
This set of tapered candles are available in six colors, but we're gravitating toward this milky jade green pair. Stick them in muted brass holders for a romantic tablescape. Otherwise, leave them on display to add a pop of color to your coffee table, nightstand, or dresser.
We're not quite sure what makes this set of towels guest-specific, but we'll take it! The highly absorbent cotton terry makes them some of our favorite towels around.

Bud vases are our best-kept decor secret, all you need is one or two stems, and voila! One of our go-to places for bud vases is actually on the ledge of the bathroom sink. Having a blooming tulip or lily (depending on the season) in the bathroom is such an effortlessly personal touch.
There's something about a swiveling table mirror that makes us think about the roaring '20s. This one, in brass and silver finishes, is minimalistic enough to work on just about any table, vanity, or dresser–no matter the style.
A more elegant take on classic polka dots is this cushion cover. It's the easiest way to add charisma to your sofa or bed. You could even get it in various colors.

Whether you use this as a planter or utensil holder, you won't be able to stop staring at the funky bubble-inspired design. You may even be tempted to run your fingers along the bulbous shape.
We may have already included a vase on our list, but we couldn't skip over this one. Available in numerous shapes and sizes, these glazed ceramic masterpieces look as elegant with flowers as they do without. In fact, they could double as unique sculptures.
Technically, they're beer glasses, but we're sipping everything from our favorite IPA to orange juice. The subtle tint is bringing back the '90s with a contemporary edge and we're here for it.

Perfectly nubby, this bouclé throw blanket is thinner than it looks, so you don't have to worry about overheating under it during movie night. Not to mention, the fringed edges give it a luxuriously rustic feel.
