With its double-height beamed ceilings, wood floors, cool contemporary furnishings and large windows, this beautiful apartment right across from Porto’s scenic Praça da República is a treat for those looking for a sunny, serene stay. We love the casual grandeur of the open-plan living area with its tall rustic ceiling, as well as the glass doors that slide open to reveal a large balcony equipped with a table and chairs. Start your days off here over fresh pastéis de nata and coffee while taking in the wide-sweeping views over the city’s rooftops or gather here at sundown to watch the sky turn shades of amber and pink.The sleek kitchen is all set to whip up homemade feasts to be enjoyed at the dining table, while the two bedrooms – one of which is cocooned beneath the eaves – offer a wonderfully peaceful night’s sleep.
