Fantastic Beach Condo

"We go to St. George Island every year and this was our first time staying at this location. Its not beach front, but you can see the beach from the deck and can be there in less than a 2 minute walk. We chose this location because it is dog friendly and we are glad we did. Charming two bedroom, three level condo. Very comfortable, homey, clean and up to date. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could imagine and then some. A bathroom is located on each level.The State Park entrance is about 1/4 mile or so to the east of the condo and we made several trips there. We met a lot of very nice people during our stay and made new friends. The beach here on the island is one of the best. The entire community is very friendly as well as dog friendly, even many of the businesses are dog friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to return home. However, we liked our stay so much that we have already reserved this same unit for the same two weeks next year.This was not an issue for us because our dog is well behaved, but the only thing I could see that would make this property even more appealing is if the lower level patio had a gate to the stairway so your dog could go out on the patio and stay closed in like the unit next to it. Not a big deal, just an extra nicety. It you are looking for a condo on the island for a vacation getaway, trust me that you will not be disappointed with this unit.
